Gordon Wiltsie is an explorer who has journeyed extensively in the Arctic, Antarctica, the Himalaya, the Andes, and elsewhere. He is a creative and prolific expedition and cultural photographer, whose work appears regularly in National Geographic and numerous other international magazines, as well as in his book, To the Ends of the Earth, published by W.W. Norton and Company. This fall he was awarded the Lowell Thomas Award for best photography of a magazine travel story.
