arun gaur
panchkula (haryana, india)
Arun Gaur lives in Panchkula (Haryana, India) and has traveled across India widely photographing ancient monuments, temples, cemeteries, forts, sculpture, crumbling walls, folk-art, people, and landscapes. He has also toured the Himalayas on his scooter covering extensively the areas of Kinnaur, Lahaul, and Spiti. In 2004, he took up a seven-month teaching assignment at the Department of English, Mizoram University, Aizawl, where he was the Senior Reader. This appointment gave him a singular opportunity to photograph Aizawl intensively.
